Շքեղ ապրելակերպը չի պահանջում մեկուսացում պատերով: Ընդհակառակը, գեղեցիկ և ներդաշնակ ապրելակերպ կարելի է ձեռք բերել հարևանների հետ ընդհանուր շքեղություններ կիսելով։

We simply wanted to break down stereotypes by proving that tall perimeter fences are not mandatory for the sensation of security and privacy.

Luxury living does not necessitate isolation by perimeter walls. On the contrary, a truly beautiful lifestyle can be achieved by living in harmony with the neighbors and sharing common luxuries.

Liberty1 is a lifestyle club, yet at the same time, I wanted to give each apartment a feeling of a single-family home by extending the living rooms directly into the large wraparound balcony.

We also wanted to emphasize green living by using energy saving materials, passive cooling balconies for hot Yerevan summers, and allowing the most direct sunlight in the winter.

Beamless (flat) slab design allows absolute customization of internal partitions, and coupled with frameless floor-to-ceiling gliding glass doors provides a smooth transition of indoors to outdoors.
